10 yr plan March 2012

In 2016 a Ten Year Plan Sub Committee was established by the Strata Committee. This committee was charged with the development of a new plan. This sub committee no longer exists as it has completed its task.

For the record, at a General Meeting held on 13 December 2016 the following resolution was approved.

Capital works fund plan:

The motion was introduced and moved by Mr J Tehan, the Strata Committee Treasurer. Mr Tehan in the course of his presentation answered questions previously submitted by Mr C Wyborn.

RESOLVED that the Owners of SP 72924 accept the 10 year capital works fund plan as presented to the General Meeting.
