On behalf of the Executive Committee and the Brunswick Community we welcome all  new residents whether they be the owners or tenants.

The Brunswick is a strata community and as with all such communities, the activities and attitudes of residents can have a significant impact on the quality of life of other residents. For this reason it is important for all of us to be aware of our rights and responsibilities and we suggest you take a little time to become familiar with the material on this website which is provided for your well-being and peace of mind. In particular we draw your attention to the By-Laws which apply unconditionally to all properties and form part of every Residential Tenancy Agreement.
