History of The Brunswick
Developed by Gosford Nominees, coordinated by Cordell Projects and designed by Slater Architects, The Brunswick is an award winning development in Terrigal set on 14 acres.
Consisting of 59 resort style town houses, the construction of this residential development was split into five stages, with Stage 1 (Lots 1-18) commencing in June 2003 and finishing in June 2004. The SP Plan for Stage 2 (Lots 21 -33) was registered in December 2005, Stage 3 in June 2006. Stage 4 in October 2007 and Stage 5 in February 2008.
